چکیده

Correspondence analysis (CA) is one of the multivariate statistical techniques which examines relationships between different nominal variable categories in two-way or contingency tables. The aim this study to investigate Alpha-S1 Casein and Beta-Lactoglobulin gene polymorphisms Norduz Sheep by Analysis method. In study, frequencies CSN1S1 BLG obtained from Proje number TSA-2020-8930 were used. As a method, descriptive statistics characteristics presented as count percent chi-square test performed explore among genotype Beta-lactoglobulin casein genes. results indicated that correspondence can be contributed graphical display for variables. Animal breeders utilize CA an analytical technique representation categorical data. According first second dimensions jointly accounted 52.25% total inertia "AA" allele has greatest significance dimension, while "BB" significant dimension. Therefore, it would useful effects βLactoglobulin αS1-Casein genotypes on various yield traits larger population sheep.

Differential Expression of Alpha S1 Casein and Beta-Lactoglobulin Genes at Different Physiological stages of the Adani Goats Mammary Glands

Background: Milk proteins genes have been the focus of the researches as the candidate target genes that play a decisive role when animal breeding is desired. Objectives: In the present study, the transcriptional levels of Beta-lactoglobulin (BLG) and Alpha S1 casein (CSN1S1) genes were investigated during prenatal, milking and drying times in mammary glands of the Adani goats which showed...

Beta-casein A1/A2, kappa-casein and beta-lactoglobulin polymorphisms in Turkish cattle breeds

In this study, the genetic diversity of three milk protein genes namely beta-casein, kappacasein and beta-lactoglobulin was estimated in Turkish cattle breeds. Based on these genes, breeds in Turkey have been grouped as: 1) Eastern Anatolian Red, Anatolian Black and Southern Anatolian Red and 2) Turkish Grey, Turkish Holstein and Holstein Candidate Bulls. B alleles of the three studied genes, w...

Cloning and comparative analysis of gene structure in promoter site of alpha-s1 casein gene in Naeinian goat and sheep

The 5' end or alpha-S1 casein promoter has a significant role in milk protein gene expression. The understanding of the translation process of alpha-S1 casein mutants will provide us an opportunity to make the best selection in livestock providing more proteins in milk. Blood samples were taken from three hundred of Naeinian goats and sheep, and DNA extraction was done using modified salting ou...

The Association between TNF-alpha Gene Polymorphisms and Endometriosis in An Iranian Population

Objective Objective: TNF-α is an important cytokine in acute inflammatory response to infective factors. It seems that this response increases in patients with endometriosis due to presence of cytokines such as TNF-α which has been investigated in patients with endometriosis in different populations. This study aimed at examining four polymorphisms; TNF-α -238G/A, -308G/A, -857C/T and -863C/A a...

RFLP Analysis of Beta‐Lactoglobulin Gene in Swamp and Murrah Buffaloes Using a Single Restriction Enzyme

An attempt has been made to analyze the distribution of the beta-lactoglobulin genotype in swamp buffaloes and Murrah buffaloes utilizing polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism(PCR-RFLP). Blood samples were taken from 50 swamp buffaloes and 50 Murrah buffaloes. The DNA was extracted by the phenol-chloroform method. The PCR-RFLP was performed using beta-lactoglobulin ...
